We offer Warranty Parts and Labor

Parts

Original Parts is the best way we can assure that we can maintain the durability of the product. Parts are not charged during the cycle of the warranty stated. 

Labor

Our time for a repair under warranty will not be charged as well.

Other Issues

If the customer requests warranty service and the problem is caused by the customer (such as clogged drain, improperly installed water hoses, unleveled appliance, blown circuit breaker, bad electricity, etc.) then the customer will be responsible for the cost of the service call.

The Company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by appliance failure including, but not limited to, fire, flooding, personal injury, death, and damage to personal or real property such as spoiled food or any other liability whatsoever. The following is specifically excluded from warranty coverage: misuse, abuse, improper transportation, installation or operation of the appliance, modification of the appliance or damage to the appliance due to negligence of the customer.

Trade-ins: If you have a trade in, or The Company offers free removal of your old appliance, you understand that The Company will attempt to resell your old appliance. You waive ownership of this appliance as soon as you trade it in or removed from your property.

If you take your appliance home in your own vehicle you understand that only major mechanical errors are covered under the warranty. If you lay the appliance down or cosmetically damage the appliance it is not covered under this warranty. Please discuss proper handling with an associate. If you damage the item during transit or installation, it is not The Company responsibility to repair or replace the product.

What is not covered under Warranty with the Applinace bought

  • Appliances used in commercial, non-residential, or multiple-family settings
  • In-home installation or instruction on how to install and use your product 
  • Service to appliances damaged by improper installation or appliances installed not in accordance with electrical or plumbing codes 
  • Service damage caused by using parts that are after market 
  • Any damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse or natural disasters 
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Repairs caused by unauthorized modification of the appliance 
  • Discoloration, rust or oxidation caused by corrosive environments 
  • Conversion of gas products not done by our technicias
  • Removal or replacement of built-in fixtures that interfere with servicing the appliance
