Whirlpool Dryer Thermal Cut Off Kit 279816

This thermal cut-off kit is an authentic OEM replacement part for Whirlpool dryers. It is designed to prevent the dryer from overheating.

Made of metal. Both components are mounted on the heater housing. They measure approximately 2 inches long and 1.5 inches wide each. If the thermal cut-off fuse has gone out, the dryer will not function but replacing it using the components in this kit is simple.
